This a a gremlins character which is in a RolePlay with me and

his is bone spikes on his arms and head can eject with some weird substance attached to them, when the spikes stab into someone with powers or anything with power, electricity, nuclear, anything, he can absorb it and use it as his own, he is a reincarnation of Stripe and Mohawk from the original Gremlins movies
